Marshall Concrete has been producing concrete blocks for over 70 years. The final product is stacked in pallets and delivered to construction projects on boom trucks or flatbeds. Once the block comes out of the mold, it’s cured for several hours in a steam bath. Cement, sand, small rock, water and admixtures are mixed together and then fed into a mold, compacted, and consolidated with great force. Concrete blocks are made in machines that are able to produce thousands of high quality, consistent units every day.
